1. Return Period

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and any included accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. How to Return an Item

    • The item(s) you wish to return

  2. We will reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The item has been used, worn, damaged, or washed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
